You will have to get to atleast the .79 ICS leak and install the ICS safestrap 2.0 and than install this on safe side. If you need help feel free to PM me.
Could we flash on .75?

Bug report for ya.
See attached screen shot. This (and all sliders) should be wider. Setting something to 5% with this is difficult.
Also, the color of the sliders is red, which doesn't match the rest of the theme.

PULLDOWN TOGGLES ARE IN THE MOD POSTED. I HAVE A FEW BATTERY OPTIONS IM POSTING LATER TODAY.

Installing now. So far from the description in OP this baby has everything I want (motocast) so I'll give it a try and report back. Thank you R3Ds.

Just flashed, it's booting now...thanks for the update R3Ds! First custom rom, 2 days after getting my Maxx ;-)
After this, I'll probably chill out on the crack flashing for a while until we have Fastboot files for a safety net...

Motocast family not working.
- added motocast account - check
- my files - motocast computers comes up with blank screen
-my music - try to enable motocast and freezes on "configuring motocast" - left there for 1 h
Reflashed and tried again this time absolutely no additional apk other than the stock's.same problem
Something is missing.
