Ok, good.  You did have a failed flash in there.  That's not usually good, but, the last flash was successful.  However, it looks as though your data partition is corrupt which is why it's not booting.  You're going to have to FDR it which means you'll be wiping your phone clean.  Yes, that sucks.  But it'll get it booting again.

Just boot into stock recovery and select the factory data reset option.

I'll catch up tomorrow evening.

There is no next step.  If the FDR was successful and your flashes are successful and it still doesn't boot, it's a physical problem.

Yea, I'm saying that if you've tried an FDR and given that the flash was successful, it ain't a good sign.

For giggles, try taking your Sim out and booting without it in.

Mattlgroff made this utility for the HD to fix a GPT flash failure issue and I modified it for the M.  Basically is flashes the gpt, boot, modems, fsg and system imgs, just in a different order.  Can't hurt to try

Hey Sam, just had occasion to try your HoM for the first time today (Razr's HDMI port shat the bed and replacement arrived.)

Rooted the new one with your modified root script (installed in root in the HoM directory), then wiped the old one. No problems and eazy peezy (yeah, I know how to read.)

Just wanted to say thanks for the great util.
