So... Does the camera not work on the newest energy ROM? I noticed the stock camera app won't connect and tha other camera app that I assume came with the ROM says "gallery stopped responding" btw there's two gallery apps as well.

I believe since you are on 4.1.2, and flashed a ROM using SS, which is most likely based on 4.1.1, the camera probably won't work.

That I am not sure of. Someone said there is a CM ROM for SS. you would have to search for it.

I think they said CM10.1 will work on RAZR m but idk cuz I can't unlock my boot loader

Looks like 4.1.2
Make sure you download the SS version of the ROM.

I am not sure if gapps are needed on SS version or not. It won't hurt to flash them. And if you don't it won't do anything and you will know if you need them as the set up screen won't be there

Quick question. If a ROM says its 4.3 for the RAZR M (My phone) does that mean if I dont have Android 4.3 I cant use it?? Its an unofficial rom but jw because Idk what to look for when Im searching for roms to flash id like to use this one

 but idk if it will work on my device but alot of people who own razr m are saying it works for them but idk if I need to have bootloader unlocked or not.

You don't need to be running 4.3 but for those Roms you need unlocked
