Omg is there like a list that shows roms I can use on my RAZR M without being unlocked??? Its really difficult to find any that my device can support.

There were several. And then we got unlocked and all the support went that way. The only list I know of is the I linked in another of your threads.

You think you could help me find a version of Eclpise that will run on my phone without bootloader being unlocked? I wanted to use Eclipse but I cant find the one for mine. As long as it is jelly bean I can use it right??

Everytime I go to the link on a site it just sends me to elemental x.com and Idk where to find it.

Ok I found Eclipse v1.2 for the RAZR M do I need the gapps file though because it wasnt there with the instructions the only download was the rom itself

Even if you flash Eclipse, you'll still have problems with the camera.  It's because you have the newer kernel.  The camera issues come from trying to run two different kernels.  You'll get the same if you happen to find the older CM10 for SS.  I ran CM10 for about a month on SS and never had a working camera and WiFi wouldn't connect if I was more than 20 feet from router.  All of that was kernel issues.  If I needed a camera, I would just boot back into my stock slot and use my camera.
