There IS a difference between Phone UI, Phablet UI (which has a smaller launch bar on the bottom) and Full Tablet UI.
Now, Our phones HAVE all the pngs etc to utilize full tablet mode because that's what webtop depicts. How to harness it and run it on the phones screen, well that's another big hurdle.

There is already a port of ParanoidAndroid on one the forums (I can't remember which one though) but the developer had an issue with his phone breaking or something along those lines. Paranoid is the first from I plan to try out when I pick up a Gnex

you'll love it, it is the only Rom I ran on the gnex and its great, I'm switching sides because after my bionic I've grown to miss blur, and will soon be in the razr side, that and I gave to slow down my crack flashing because the misses doesn't like it lol
