Anybody that wants to keep root. All you have to do is use VooDoo OTA Rootkeeper prior to flashing anything to backup root, then temporarily unroot. Do all your flashing. and then restore root within the app. I just used it to go from 214 to 211 to 215. I temporarily unrooted when in 214 and did not restore root until I was in 215. Worked like a charm.

little lost on instructions
if i'm on ikream rom on safeside would'nt i have to go over to non safe which is just stock.211 then flash .215
and would'nt i have to stay on .215 cause it would'nt affect ikream ?

you have to fully restore, safestrap modifies the system and it will fail to install. You HAVE TO GO BACK TO STOCK .211, use Matt's utility 1.8 or RSD. Read the OP

I live in a concrete bunker so my 3G and 4G bounce back and forth.My front door is like a 3G/4G toggle switch LOL I use LTE On/Off to save on battery. But I am going to test it on 4G to see if it's any better.

On .214 if I left the phone on sleep (with SetCPU profile using minimal CPU) I would drop 1 maybe 2 percent of battery in an hour. Left the phone sleeping for one hour after going to .215 and it's down to 95% already. Appears to be using a bit more battery. Gonna keep testing it. I could get more than 24 hours on a charge with .214.
