Now that you have been schooled on the art of flashing/soft bricking and not simply claiming warranty on it, is there anything that you need answered to get your phone up and running again?

Ok guys thanks for all your help..I used the utility 1.81..all good!
The utility puts the phone back to bone stock..before the phone was root and after flashing the Root was gone..Now the phone is fixed I gave the phone to my daughter and got rid of her Droid Incredible.
