First, I'm a bit surprised that Matt has seen these yet and gone crazy for them. Lol Second, these are awesome. Really makes me want to theme up my phone with Batman.

Any chance of a mirror on a site that doesn't require an account?

Great work.
Since I'm a noob want to make sure I understand the process for using these.
Current bootanimation.zip file is in system\media (have seen other post that mention data\local but no bootanimation/zip there)
Rename current bootanimation.zip to bootanimcationstock.zip(so I can revert)
Extract files from your zip
Copy your bootanimation.zip to system\media (no need to copy other files?)

Thanks for the help.

No need to copy or rename any of these files if you are rooted and have CWM onboard. Flash like you are installing a theme.
I have set all of these files to install to the data/local directory by flashing them through CWM.. This will preserve the original boot animation (that came with the ROM). Once you have one of my boots flashed the kernel will look at the data/local folder first and will play the bootanimation.zip file located there. If there is no file located there it will then default to the system/media folder.
When you become tired of the custom boot - you can delete the bootanimation.zip file located in the data/local and the ROM/kernel will default back to the one located in system/media.

If you want you can extract the bootanimation.zip file from the flash zip file and copy/paste to the folder of your desire.

Hope that helps.

Size is off for me. Is that because I only copied the bootanimation.zip file rather than flashing?

Still love it.
Thanks.

Unfortunately I don't have a Razr to test these on.. when you say "off" what does it look like..

Doesn't fill the whole screen. I compared the jpg files to the stock boot animation. The stock are 540x960 and the Dark Knight files are 432x768.

And I'm not complaining. Great work. Thanks.

Hmm... I wonder if the device relies on the resolution of the individual images and not the desc.txt file to set the resolution.. if that be the case I will need to re-render the sequences specific for this device.... This will increase the size of the bootanimation.zip fle.. Will you be a tester for me? - Or anyone?

Change of plans... upscaled boot animations:

I need to know if they fill the screen and if there is any lag when they play.. I need feedback.

is working and fills screen. also it is working in both /system/media and /data/local. Anything else you need a tester for you?
