Go here first and download utility. This will get you back to stock if you mess something up or need total stock for whatever reason.

Go here for the update. fairly simple to do. If you want root use the first link to use the utility to root and get OTA root keeper first, then temp unroot with voodoo and carry on with this link.

Let's take this step by step. The utility is for computer use when cell is connected to the computer, in order to flash back to stock or if you want to root your phone. Better you read entire post to get an understanding of what it does and how to use it.

The 215 file is put on the phones ext sd card to be used in recovery mode in order to flash it.

Nite pretty much summed it up. Make sure to install the drivers the utility comes with or the utility won't work. I'd hop in chat to help you step by step but I'm a few hundred miles from my computer :P.

The best way to do this is to plug your phone into the computer via USB cable. Then place the zip file onto the ext-SD card. Unplug the cable then reboot into recovery.

Just to clarify what some of the others are trying to tell you. The droid razr utility (By mattlgroff) is technically not necessary for what you are wanting to do (Flash the .215 leak). The utility does have a lot of uses though, and if you are going to be modding your phone it's a great tool to have around. It's a big download though, and if time is of the essence (trying to flash before battery dies), it's good to have around ready. Now, to address flashing the leak.

Use the mediafire mirror located in the original post (it is the second link I believe) While you can use your phone to download, it may take a while. I suggest using a computer to download the zip, and then placing the zip onto your external sd card (sdcard-ext). Once the zip is on your SD card, follow the steps outlined above by Jungle using the stock recovery to flash the ROM.

If you have any other questions, or think you are doing something wrong, I suggest you enter the forum chat room located at the top of the Forum in the navigation menu. There are usually people in there that will help you out.
