How do you set these as a system app? Is it an option in the app, or is there a procedure?
If you have titanium backup, it's pretty easy. The other way would be with a file manger such as Es file or root explorer but that method involves a few more steps.
To those who had problems with notification toggle, I don't know what went wrong fir you because that apps worked perfect for me.

I already have it. Superrelaxx made a special version of his battery mod just for me (changes to yellow @ 15% instead of 30 & to red @ 5% instead of 10), anyways I flashed it on top of Kebob's deodexed 215 & it worked. It also added the pulldown toggles since it was made for the black widow rom I was running at the time (I think the toggles & battery mod were tied together through the framework). If you find Superrelaxx's battery mod thread you can download the one for BW ICS & it should work. If you'd like my special version let me know. Edit: Link to Superrelaxx's thread
