I am getting the same thing running ArcticHD. I asked how tall MJ was and it gave me the background info with the card showing 6'6"

Flashed it to the 211 deodex and.it.doesnt come up.when i long press the search hardkey

u have to open the google app in the app drawer to initialize google now first

also on Black Widow after flashing mikeyxda v7 offline I now get weather in the notifications, verbal height/weight answers and Eagles updates with no problems. Still can only select the webpage thumbnail on the results page once every blue moon

this is the google app you need to open in your app drawer


if that is not there u have other issues. Try a reflash and report back

Flashed it several times and the apks aren't showing up in /system/app at all.

And yes I'm on the safe side xD

does anyone know if Google Now automatically takes over the search button? Im not talking about when you press + hold it, but just when you tap it...

Yes. You dont get audible que though. It takes you to the google now searchbox to type in what you want or you can say google to search vocally

Also when Google Now wont allow you to click a results link, just rotate the screen and tap the link

single tap of search allows you to type in the google now searchbox or you can tap the mic to speak
Long press of search takes you into google now vocal search if you set google search to be the default application

I will need to wait until the BT functions are working. For my job I am on BT a lot so I need it to function 100%. I love Google Now on my tablet, can't wait to get it on the phone.

any way to update google Now? i get the message saying there's an update available, but Google Play won't let me update since ICS isn't supposed to be supported

Have you tried editing the build.prop to a different sdk version?

Thanks, could you be more specific about the steps? I was thinking something like a Apk or flaws able zip would be easy

I tried this on simplex and eclipse it will download update but play store will forceclose during install
