Ok so I flashed back to BW AOKP tonight and flashed the theme. For me everything is as it should be. You can try wiping then reflashing the rom and theme. Hopefully I can get my phone to duplicate your problem eventually. Not sure what is happening with yours.

Ok, I just did an FDR, wiped cache, dalvik, and formatted \system. Installed BWicons, did a reboot, flashed Dark GTalk and rebooted. Went back into recovery, wiped cache and Dalvik, and flashed Red Widow AOKP v1.2. Rebooted, installed your boot animation (big thumbs up for it!). All of the icons are themed, and for some reason, the color on the status bar looks a little brighter (maybe it's just me - the screen is set to the same brightness setting). This time, the clock is red too. I haven't restored any apps yet.
Thank you for taking the time to help me out; that's what I love about this community. This theme, and the boot animation, is great. Thanks for all of your hard work putting it together!

Edit: All of my apps restored, working on changing ROM Control settings, and all apps and icons are still themed. I have no idea why, but it works for me!!

Is there a way to change the color on the icons that come in the BWicon pack? I am trying to replace my SMS program icon to the stock SMS icon that came with the red theme. When I try to edit the icon, it will pull up the BWicon pack, but they are all grayish/black & white. How can I change to color to Red so it matches the others in my dock or where to find the stock SMS icon that came with the theme?

when u try changing the icon you dont select from an icon pack, you would choose use default icon.
