Well Right now I am trying to decide on whether on not i should spend the effort in trading my phone in for a maxx or to just live with the Og battery life. I have long commutes and spend little time at my house when I am at school so having a decent battery life is neccesary. If some of you that have maxxs could post your battery life then that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Granted this was using wifi but even on 4G I easily get a day with plenty of battery to spare... Rooted .215

Maxx + Tasker + SetCPU + a good debloated ROM = 50 hours of moderate use for me.

Ok Im going to need to get this. lol i get 4-12, 12 hours being the best on a debloated rom with many precautions on moderate to minimal use. I need this lol

I'm using Juice defender, smart actions, setcpu, and ikream Tom and can easily get 50 hours with moderate use.

This is with a lot of constant use today.... lots of emails, play store, texting, downloading, Google search, GPS, customizing my apex etc. Etc. I'm running a .215 leak, black widow, blue widow theme, juice defender, setCPU hotplugX sio mostly running at 800 with a Max of 1200 and CPU sleeper. My record with a lot less use was one day and 12 hours. I'm curious what set up u guys with 50 hours are using

very light use, about a dozen texts back and forth and 40 minutes of phone calls and a little 4G that just went live friday.

8 DAYS! WTF!? LOL even when I was stock unrooted and didn't use my phone at all I'd get maybe 2 days. R u undervolted and underclocked?

I listed my usage in the post, but aside from that i'm on the iKream 2.0 ROM with the .211 kernel and the governer on hotplug and the IO on deadline and 2 smart actions, one that turns off data and background sync when the screen is off and one that does the same when connected to my home wifi.

I got a day more then normal this time for some reason, and set a new personal best, even beat my pre-ICS best time.

Hmm wonder if ikream is just that stripped. I was using hot plug and deadline before and my data shuts off when screens off or maybe cuz i run 800-1300 lol

I doubt its just iKream, I did this on stock .211, its all in your usage patterns as my previous posts show, and how steady and strong your cell service is.

40 minutes and a dozen texts in 8 days lol, I can get thru just the texts in 20 mins. That's amazing life though!
