No, it was happening to everyone and driving me insane cause I triple checked the scripts and files to make sure they match. The one thing I didn't check is if I missed packaging any files in the COMPONENTS installer. And sure enough, I did. A complete idiot move on my part. Nothing any of you guys are responsible for.

I've updated the OP. We are still in testing for now but at least now people can see what the HoR is and how it'll be used. Once testing is complete I'll remove the warning at the top of the post and release it for all to use. For now, please be patient and let us work out any remaining bugs. Thanks!

That doesn't seem normal to me. Look in the rsd\SWDL.txt file and see if there are any errors at the bottom of the log. Otherwise you may be on your way to using Matt's util to recover from it I'm afraid. I don't get why it wouldn't work though since all it's doing is flashing the FXZ. Or I guess what you kids call "fastbooting". There's nothing radical about what's happening in the script at this point. It's taking a modified version of the FXZ script that ships with 211 FXZ and doesn't erase the userdata partition. I did add a couple things to it that were missing (man your FXZ is bizarre compared to the Bionic's) but you're not failing on either of those.

I don't understand why it wouldn't. RSD is pretty straight forward usually. You have the latest drivers installed right?

Gotta post details so we can help. But if you're having issues with Matt's util, I'd say you got some strange stuff going on with your machine that may or may not be related to the HoR. In any case, detail what you're having trouble with and hopefully we can help get you set up again. Remember, I'm not a RAZR user so it's more difficult for me to help debug things.
