Well I have tried SEVERAL builds for JB of all varieties, and had some luck getting 4g for limited periods. With the 9/21 build my life is finally complete! I didn't get anything over 1x on the initial or second boot but all I had to do was clear cache on 3rd power down (yes power down not reboot) and I have had SOLID 4g lasting through about 6 more power downs without needing to clear cache or toggle data settings at all. Never had to use moto restore app either! And as a final sweet arse bonus, my camera and vid are working perfectly! I did have one gallery fc on second boot but great since and tested several times. Hashcode and tucstwo thank you immensely! I have flashed about 25 ROMs this week looking for my DD. This is it! I appreciate all of your hard work! Today was a great breakthrough! Thanks again!

Suggestions turn "hotplugg and deadline" on.. couldn't get data to load w/ noop.
FFC and Rear Camera are working guys!! 3G/WIFI Data After reboot too!
Scored 6941 in Antutu Benchamrk test.

PS: I'm wifi tethered to my desktop via 3G.

This is the best thing I've ever flashed to my MAXX. Wiped cache/fixed permissions and rebooted right after first boot and 4g popped up before Apex loaded. Daily driver material without compromise that I can find.

If data doesn't load, remember to wipe cache then pwr down... then toggle "GSM Only" then switch to "LTE - CDMA"
