Is there a way to enable a full, true to android tablet UI on the Razr or Razr Maxx? I was thinking the other day that I have seen it done a few other times on some other phones but never on the Razr or Razr Maxx. I have been looking around online trying to find anybody else with the same Idea and have not came up with much. The closest thing I have found is setting the display density to ~160 but that does not give full tablet UI, only makes some apps open in there tablet versions, changes the wallpaper and icons to the current webtop configuration, and messes with some of the cap-sense button functionality on the phone. Is there another way to "trick" the phone into displaying the tablet version of ICS that it utilizes when in webtop mode or just display the full tablet UI regularly?

There is a dev team who creates a rom called "Paranoid Android" which pretty much allows you to adjust the UI and the app UI responses which is 'technically' able to be ported to our phones but it's basically as easy to do as it is to put MIUI on our phones. Which is not easy at all. Thank you, locked bootloader.

Anyhoo, on some devicese running AOSP based ROMs or nexus devices it's as easy as modding framework-res.apk r changing your LCD screen density. A couple guys tried it a few days ago and it didn't work.

To answer tour question direct, can it be done?

In short, Yes.
In not so short, yes, with a boat load of aggravation just to have a UI that's WAAAAY TOO SMALL to run on a phone Which is why we have 3 UIs (Phone, Phablet and Tablet).

So...yeah. I tried. I failed and I gave up, because I think honestly after most EOL tried it for a few days they would get sick f the tiny little buttons and icons and switch back.

Now who wants to invest hours and hours into a gimmick rom? Not I.
