My phone is connected via the OEM charge cable. I'll head over to the HoM thread. Thanks for your help guys.

You need to run it as sudo.

Yea, it always is. What's happening is it's trying to run a command to get a list of the scripts in the FXZ directory and it's failing cause it doesn't have perms. Run it as SUDO and it should work properly.

Since I've never run it on a non Windows computer, that never occurred to me.

Where/when do I type in the sudo command (it's just "su", then I enter my password IIRC)?

Right so in your terminal you just do:
su
<enter pwd>
./HouseOfMoto.sh
And that should hopefully get you up and running. If not, we can short circuit some of this for you.

I have to literally run back to work, but it's still not working. I'll wait until I have more time to send more thorough info/pics of the terminal windows.
Appreciate the help. Have a great weekend.

If it's still not working then something isn't set up right. You say you're on a Mac. It's been mildly tested on Macs before, but, I may need to know more about your particular environment. If not, I can give you a work around most likely where we can edit the KEEP_DATA script and run it directly. You just have to add a set fastboot line near the top and point it at the path to the fastboot command in the Darwin folder. I can help with that if we have to go that route.
