great looking rom, but for some reason every time i try to install the rom, my phone gets stuck in the first page where it says touch the android to begin, and when i touch it, it keeps saying "please wait, this may take a few minutes" for like 20 minutes, then when i restart the phone i get no service at all, i can only use the wifi!
i tried to factory data reset and re install the rom with no luck!!

Something I've noticed on my phone with each version of this Rom is that when my phone is set to vibrate it doesn't vibrate. But nobody has said anything about that. Do I just have a bad phone?

You have to skip the initial setup and add your account afterward.

Just using the vibrate toggle in the notification drop down did that for me. I went into the notification settings in my messaging app, set it to vibrate, and did the same for calls in the setting>sound section and set it to always vibrate as well. Haven't had any issues and vibrate works for me. I've had to re-enable vibrate settings every time i flash, but no problems

I didnt, and havent had a problem.

Didn't wipe? Well, if you don't have any issues, cool! But being that Nitro specifically instructs us to wipe, I would recommend wiping...

was trying to install ICS roms with no luck, all i was getting just a black screens, before that was on RazrX

yes, i am restoring it at the moment! then what?

actually that was a back up to the RazrX rom, not the stock one.

Reboot into bootstrap, wipe cache, data, and davlik, then flash Eclipse....shouldnt have any issues with signal..as long as you get signal on your current rom.

Wait! Don't do that yet! Check what your system version is (settings>about phone) and report back...

Check in settings -> about phone and see what your system version is...I'm thinking, as Nitro suggested, you are not on the most recent OTA, which is why your radios aren't working...
