Those of you who have 3g. is it 3g or 1x and is it just the icon showing or can you actually browse the web and sync accounts?
Really, with the current build. no one should have any data connections.
Il probably start a new thread for Miui development for newer up-to-date builds. Ik my build will be slightly different than a stock build.
Ive been diggen deep and recieving different data connections on each boot. Need to fix the verizon activator as well

Got true 1x up after switching to GSM. Then switching to CDMA only and the turning off radio... waited 10 sec. Then turned radio back on. Got 1x data and it sync'd my contacts with Google.
When I switched to CDMA(auto prl) it showed HRPD (or whatever that is) but it wouldn't connect GPRS and I wasn't able to sync or use browser.

I had true 3g cause I did speedtests with 2.5 megabits/second
Edit: I also restore my build.prop from stock and injected it into miui build

No idea how u guys got 3g. Pushing the stock build.prop gave me force closes with Android.phone. and the stock rom as is doesn't give anything but 1x. Looks like 3g. But its 1x.

I merged the build.props so that it will work for the RazR; plus I think i can get 4g to work but dont quote me.

I dont know how I got 3g either. Just kinda flashed and got 3g right away. I did eventually lose it on a reboot but then wiped cache/dalvik and got it back by toggling to CDMA (prl).

Using this as my daily rom just because i live miui. First boot showed 3g abd it continues to show 3g in the status bar but the actual speeds are def not 3g. But mon to fri i work 12 hours a day so no need for fast data. Weekends i just switch over to Bionx. Gotta love SS3 with the almost immediate rom switching.

he was talking about putting what the RAZR has to the bionic but since has gotten rid of the phone due to financial hardships but is passing his work to sparky manWell.....poop. But I am patient.

@TWong1200 Oh and let the RAZR folks know, It isn't hard at all for me to port to the razr from bionic. Used to support D2,D2G and X.

I have searched every forum I can find. XDA has a CDMA/gsm miui ROM but it's geared toward the XT910 . There's been no update for the XT912 since July. Skiwong has stopped his developing on miui for the RAZR. It must be a major deal for the CDMA RAZR. I hear that aceoyame is porting from the bionic.
I am almost ready to dump my RAZR to have miui on another device. Should have kept my droid x.
