wonder where the 246 soak is being hosted because it's not on any of the cheesecake servers. only 246 there is an eng version.

Other than the JB patch, was there anything else different about 247 vs. 246? I've looked at four different forums and can't find a simple answer to that question.

From what Samuri said no there was no other changes from 246 to 247 other than the patch.

I have to agree. WTF were they thinking? Why do we need to be on their "upgrade path" with and EOL device. Like they have anything to offer us at this late date.

here's what I think...we will get JB.
The bionic is now in the exact same state as Razr/MAXX. All w/o a "JB patch" in them. Now...logic tells me there will be a patch for all three phones around the same time frame that does have JB prep code in it or whatever.
Just because we are on .246 doesn't tell me we will not be getting .JB.

I agree with Nobreak, I think we'll will get it in time. The Patch is there they can push it later. When the Razr's get JB I think we'll be behind them a month or two.. or 10 given vzw's history

How long do these things usually take to push out? I got the email last night and then went back to .905... but no update yet! Hope i didn't miss it by FXZ back to .905...

Trying to go back to 905 would be very bad. Just use the HoB that you used to get on 247 and install 246. Quick and simple.

Definitely DO NOT TRY TO GO BACK TO .905. your phone will turn into nonfunctional paper weight (aka BRICK). Use the House of Bionic to go back to .246 if you feel the urge to be there.
