Ok, I spoke too soon. Experienced two issues:

1.) When I woke up this morning I had no data connectivity whatsoever. Tried disabling data, still wouldn't come on. I had to toggle airplane mode to get it to come back on.
---might not be an issue with Rom - I had it set to CDMA Auto instead of LTE to save battery - might be the cause. No big deal..

2.) Randomly, every time I tried to go to the camera it said "Cannot connect to camera" ... Tried launching camera from App and from the Gallery - no luck.
I restarted the phone, but forgot to try it again to see if I can use the camera. I was able to use it before.

Still best Rom ever. Just little tweaks needed.

For camera read post two in the jb cna ROM thread I posted. I never had any data issues on the ROM and neither did anyone else I knew of.

Any way to get tethering to work?

I tried the SQLite trick - that worked on stock ICS etc...but the database isn't the same in this one. I couldn't find that at all....

Tried using the WiFi tether program that came with it as well as using it stock - doesn't work at all.

Anyone else having this issue?

WiFi tether worked for me using the stock app. Not sure what's going on.

Us developers all work hard to bring amazing ROMs. If we jack something up it happens we all make mistakes. If there is a problem with a ROM pm the developer and let him know what going on I know xamerica and know he be willing to help with issues.

At least have some respect for emericanx. He worked his arse off on it. Never call another devs work trash. Especially where everyone can see it.

Just to clarify, my +1 was in reference to coming back to this ROM, not because I think Simplex is trash, but merely preference of the CM9 feel over stock.

My first gut reaction is to call you out for saying something like this about 1.)A good developer who creates a product for free for you. 2.)A pretty good rom in Simplex. However I'm going to show you the respect that you did not show the Simplex guys and not call you out. What I am going to say is that throwing blanket statements out there like "trash" in regards to a rom is pretty juvenile. If you don't like the free stuff that these developers work their asses off to give away to you, then don't use it or create your own rom. As for Simplex being trash, I've used every version of Simplex they've put out. Not without problems, as all roms have, but never trash. Truth be told Simplex is a pretty good rom.

And so you know, before you lob some juvenile comeback at me because you don't like being told you are wrong, this is all I'm going to say on the subject. We won't be having a back and forth you and I. I've shown a great deal of restraint in my words and I won't address you again about it regardless of what you say.

For those that would like to have a 1% circle battery for cm9 retribution, I took the EVO circle mod and put it for t3h razr.




This is only for discharging, your charging symbols will still be the same.

Just go into safestrap > install the zip > Reboot > profit.

Anyone know what the "wifi tweaks" are in the OP? For some reason, this is the only ROM that stays connected to my wifi at work (using PEAP authentication). All the other ROMS, I lose connection after 30 minutes and won't reconnect unless I toggle the WIFI off/on. Other roms that may use this "tweak"?

I have noticed that their has been no posting regarding this rom in a while...Anybody who has not tried this one, I encourage you to check it out. It's great as all FT stuff is. I was not paid to advertise for FT...Just sharing my opinion.
