Whats a good alternative to motocast? I use the files tranfer part a lot for my job. I really like the rom and would to keep it, motocast was a real big tool for me. Any suggestions?

I use drop sync ..its an addon to dropbox.

While I was writing my response to him/her, I thought that it was probably too complex. Then I read yours and was like daaaaamn.

I try not to assume anyone is a guy just because they are on here, since I know how that stereotype goes. That's why I keep saying him/her since they don't have a picture that could possibly be themselves.

I am all for more people on here and more of the female verity certainly won't have me complaining
But regardless of their sex, hoping all the Noobs will read up on at least the basics before wanting walkthroughs for every little thing.that they could easily read a little to resolve. Don't wanna drive off the amazing work if DT over an overwhelming amount of dumb and repeated questions.
Just my 2cents. Now what the hell am I still awake for? Nighty night .

Ah I bought that a long time ago when it was new-ish. I'm going to have to look to see if there are any good changes in the app and maybe download it again!

And I'm not much of a fan of where the "Clear" button is on this rom! I keep having to look for it since I forget where it is.

The paid version of dropsync is pretty awesome. You can map certain folders from your phone to folders on your dropbox. I like it since my MAXX has download on sdcard and download on sdcard-ext i can put them both on my pc. And add ringtones and wallpapers to my pc's dropbox and it will sync to my phone and no more plugging it in.

how do i install the th3ory wallpaper? i keep getting a weird error after i wipe cache.,i go through with wiping dalvik and install zip from sd but after rebooting i cant find them...

I am guessing you rooted and rom'd before going from 744 to 748 ota. The update you received was probably the official 748 update which you need to have stock files in place to successfully install. Best bet would be to fastboot back to stock, install ota update to 748, and then root and rom.

Its not a flashable zip. Download and extract it if you are running Extreme.

My wallpaper app is in the Standard build... Just long press on the home screen and select Theory.

It wouldn't give you anything different. If you are running the Standard, just flash the Standard 1.1 update.

just wanted to start out saying GREAT ROM, my phone is blazing fast!!!! But I am having trouble with the google talk app. it will not install from system/ app so i got another copy from a friends phone. the app installed but when i try to vid chat it will not do anything.

Why are you installing Gtalk? The ROM has Gtalk, and provided you wiped properly and didn't restore old Data you should have zero issues with it.

It seems GoLauncher has announced a bug causing RAM hogging. So, for the past 2 days I have been running ADW EX with kov's ICS ADW Theme and I have to say... It is bad rear end. More fluid than Go and the footprint is minimal. FYI

So to install the update for the regular ABSYM, I need to reboot and wipe the cache and dalvik, and then choose apply update from sdcard? Also, when I rebooted, it shows Safe System still enabled, should it be?

Yes it should be, and that is how u update it
