You weren't joking about the themes and apps. I've been using it for about 20 minutes now without any problems. I'll keep using it for a few hours to see if I run into anything. Not personally a fan of the WiFi or battery cons in the status bar but that's just my style.

Added & cleaned up the scripts, added acid audio mod & alsa, added apex/nova themes, edited the built prop, fixed the root issues, added some cool apps, changed the battery mod, and added 7z to /xbin to use 7zip through terminal.

Wow...may just have to startover and try again. I can wait though and hopefully testing is going well and others are participating? Looking forward to it and looking forward to the improvements. Sorli...

Ohhhhh tester 2 is niceee no lag or anything this one is going well will let you know if anything changes with use!

Tester2 is great timmy10shoes. Im glad I have Nova Launcher Prime, I hate having all those themes in the app drawer. Ive run into only one problem since 3:30. It wont vibrate at all, not for calls, texts, alarms, or any haptic feedback from the buttons. Maybe there's a setting I can change somewhere? I ask because the only time I feel it vibrate, and its extremly light, is when I unlock the phone.

I disabled all the vibrations in frameworks. Vibrations still work for messaging, you need to enable them in the app.

So when you say that the initial start up takes "awhile" what does that mean? I installed 3.8 and 4.1 at the same time using safestrap. It has been showing the boot animation for 25+ minutes....

OK I just pulled my battery and did 3.8 and 4.1 separately. Works fine now.

Also, I was able to remove the inverted gmail by uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling from the market. Is there a way I can do this for the market itself?

So far so good on tester 2 . no OC which is good for mine , only thing i noticed right off was tether is not connecting, it connects to the machines but not to internet. ill play with some more settings later . Thanks yall. Casey

Mine was still oc'd in tester2. I had to use tweakers to set it back. I wonder if I should redownload. Been working good so far though.
