How about one for the desk dock as well?

Nothing I've found comes close to it for a desk/bedside clock. Ironically I find the stock car mode lacking compared to some of the 3rd party ones.

I just flashed the blur version & noticed it was also removed from it (I think it's safe to assume blurless doesn't have it but I didn't spend much time on V3 since I had to run it w/ contact storage disabled) .

Here you go I think this is the app you talking about, also in this zip is the stock contacts that can be used on blurless to fix the contact issue it will have no effect flashing on the blur version

Thanks, but that's Google clock not the Motorola one. The Motorola one is called smartmode(com.Motorola....). I think it might require Motorola dockservice as well to work, although if the Motorola smartcardock works w/o it may be the same.

For some reason my keyboard keeps crashing and then when I go to type only the voice input is there and no way to go back to keyboard unless I go into settings switch keyboards and then go back. Any suggestions?

very odd, that stock unedit keyboard. Would you like a themed keyboard to replace it?

If you want bigger keys try thumb keyboard(see below). It has several layouts(one of the split ones show) & custom sizing(shown not full size).

It has standard layouts ad well but I like the split with the number keys shown. It can also be themed from it's settings.

BTW, V3 is working pretty good with the stock contacts app, although I'd prefer the inverted one. Only issue I've found so far is the Calender sync, but I don't really use that feature so not a big deal for me. As you can see from the screen shots I started making a red theme, but only got the softkeys, wifi & data done.

I think you got a bad download. Contacts should be there flash the contacts fix I posted a few post back should do the trick rather then downloading ROM again
