Thanks Matt for this savior of a ROM. I had some issues with the stock Jelly Bean OTA (Volume bugs of all sorts, camcorder didn't work, etc.) and this ROM cleared up everything! It's also nice and debloated. I love it so far. Keep up the good work!

It's fairly easy. I'm on Alpha3. Downloaded and installed CircleWidget, Weather and Homescreen APKs, no prep or renaming done before hand. They are working just like they are supposed to. I DID make a backup of the ROM before I did that, just in case is hosed things - you should consider that too. Better safe...

Running nicely! Anyone had success overclocking this or the OTA?

Edit: successfully OC'd to 1325, with hotplugx and sio. Held on reboot.
