There more to it don't forget you need to modify Android Policy Jar

I'm sure there is. My point a was to just to try to explain just how complicated something like could be AND how one would need to create a different zip for basically every different rom that isn't cm/aokp etc.

Nope. Not universally. There is too much that goes into it that need to be modified. And all the things that need to brew modified differ per Rom...that's my understanding from the posts that were made about it

Just requires root. Works great on stock RAZR.
