Is in off topic redalert made a PC thread, but Maximus V Formula, i7 2700K @ 5.0 ;) ddr3 2400 ( @2133 because of sandy bridge but cl 8-9-10-20 ) ssd and a sexy/aggressive red and black case to match the theme.

That's just screaming my name. Someday I'll make a attempt to build my own desktop. I've only ever owned laptops (gateways) so I've never thought about upgrades or anything like that. But the Asus ROG G75VW really opened my eyes to whats out and available.

I swore id only build Asus/Intel. I got really lucky a bought my 2700k for $100 instead of the 330 the retailed on release day. All other parts i waited and snipped on black Friday deals, Other wise I would of never been able to splurge on my mobo, then kaos kindly sent me his radeon 6850 that was taking up closet space.

Not much...unless it was Nutter Butter Klondike,then I would have to kill a few Nutter Butter stealing penguins.
