I've been having issues trying to grab the OTA for 4.4.2--I didn't even know about it for a few weeks! (Just today, 6/5, I learned of it!) My RAZR Maxx HD is running stock and locked, and was rooted. Just to be certain, I uninstalled SuperSU via the app with no success...

Although I don't plan to use the OTA after looking at posts, it's still nice to have the option available should all else fail.

Thanks in advance all.

System details:

Version: 9.30

Android: 4.1.2

Kernel: 3.0.31

Root: Currently disabled, previously enabled

Please let me know if you need anything else!

CURRENT DEVICES: Nexus 7 (2013) - Stock 4.4, Rooted, TWRP, Unlocked bootloader / RAZR Maxx HD - Stock, locked, 4.4.2
PREVIOUS DEVICES - In order: RAZR M - Stock and rooted, with broken radio allowing for T-Mo and AT&T SIM Cards / Galaxy Nexus - Stock [RIP - Victim of the random reboot bug] / Galaxy Stratosphere - Stock

Root will cause the ota to fall unless completely removed. The easiest way is to fxz back to stock. You can use this -
