look: i am a n00b.  judge if you must, help if you can!

I have an Android Razr Maxx HD (running 4.4.2 dl'd from VZW update, model xt926).  For various reasons i decided to root, to try and improve basic fuctioning.  i knew nothing about it until two days ago when i found this site.  I tried to follow the many admonitions of the users and mods and staff but i f*'d up. If i mess up some terms of art, apologies this is very new to me.

Attempting to follow Samuri's roadmap here (

) I used Towel Root and rooted, used Motocopalypse.apk and unlocked bootloader and got SuperSU (downloaded from googleplay - wrong version for my phone!).

Using SuperSu i made backups (Nandroid?) of phone and kernel; and realizing my mistake, i tried to flash CWM.img linked in above thread, using Flashify or possibly Rashr (if that makes a difference)...this is when the problem started. I guess i deleted my wrong-version of CWM (where i had made backups) or maybe it just didn't work right b/c after i flashed the correct CWM.img, my phone restarted and is now bootlooped (won't go past the M screen?)...i am still able to access Fastboot and can connect to my computer...so i am hopeful there's a fix out there for my stupidity.  I've read many solutions, but none that are for razr maxx hd 4.4.2 (vzw update) xt926 and i'm terrified that if i use another fix it'll actually brick this phone (which i need to get back asap!).  Anyone have suggestions? i'd really appreciate your time and effort.

You say you are in fact unlocked right?....... That being the case, you should be able to restore pretty easily ..... All the info you need is here

One you successfully restore 100% stock.... Then you can proceed to flash CWM, TWRP, etc and root and so forth.....:)
