I bought a razr used on craigslist..i phoned in the imei to make sure it wasnt stolen and the verizon operator said it was fine to activate.when i get to the store to activate....no matter what they did it wouldnt make or recieve calls!...my messages would come in and my emails and i even had 4g service as well as web browser..but no calling.after a hour the rep suggested that the phone must have been flashed...I am GREEN when it comes to flashing...HELP PLEASE.

I thought phones with a SIM card were not flashed?

My Maxx has a SIM card and I flash it all the time.
