Thanks for posting this, ArcaneXVI. I am always interested in an update that affects CDMA connectivity, as I live in an area with only-decent 3G coverage and no 4G until I get down to Jacksonville.

Ive been running it for a bit but can't really comment on CDMA, haven't left 4G; but thats a good thing too.

I really wish Verizon would extend 4G to my area, I live about 2 miles from the Florida border, and actually get 4G when I am at the waterfront within clear line-of-sight of northern Florida. But I suppose that's a topic for another section of the forum, lol.

The build date of march 8th tells me that we aren't getting a official ICS build anytime soon. Why is Motorola still waisting time on Gingerbread??

174/175/176/177/181 have the same CDMA radio to my understanding, and the LTE radio has not been upgraded since .173. Most notable changes in these bugfix versions have been tiny things like fixing the Search button in the stock app drawer.

More than likely, most of the development staff is working on ICS while a few still work on panning out the bugs on GB (likely a crew that handles legacy support on several devices transitioning to ICS). It would be hard to imagine such minor changes in each build taking them 2 weeks of work otherwise.

Thanks to both of you for the fast response. I'll be flashing as soon as I'm charged.Update: Voodoo worked for me & no FC's at all. Did have one hiccup at first. It failed the assert test because I had installed DT's go faster mod. Once I removed all of it everything flashed fine. Running good so far.

I lost root after updating, however matt's utility works on this.

I was able to keep route through voodoo. however, I am getting a lot of force closes using the store and location settings. it will not allow me to access either.

Go into Tibu and wipe the data for google play store and the vzw location. I have had those errors before
