K so just to be clear literally flash the kernel, then in the same queue flash the rom directly after and everything should be good? I know I sound dumb but it's been awhile lol.

ROM first, then kernel. No rebooting or wiping after flashing the ROM.

Fair enough. Just making sure the word debloated wasn't being used to mean deblured. :-)

Can anyone tell me why I have a su binary problem? I tried two different downloads and anything I can think of but the ROM doesn't have proper root access

There is nothing wrong with the ROM. Everyone else has root.

ROM running great! No issues here. Looking forward to more. The RAZR HD maxx is a nice upgrade from my bionic that's for sure...

Are you trying to install the SU from ChainsDD or Koush/Clockwork?

No I'm not trying to install another Superuser app this happens after initial setup. I do notice how this rom runs great for everyone else that is why I'm baffled by my problem. No disrespect to the ROM I must just have an isolated problem that will hopefully work itself out.

It's running well for me. One issue I noticed is, the Circles widget appears to be only updating after I unlock the phone, so like I'll unlock and the widget will have the old information on it, and then in a split second it'll update while I'm looking at it. Are there battery-saving tweaks that are shutting stuff down while the phone is locked?

It does that completely stock, so that is just how that app works.

As for the rest, apart from not having VZW Visual Voicemail working, the ROM is pretty solid.  Battery life is good, phone is responsive.

I have phone call quality issues, where the calls are a bit staticy, but the phone did that stock before I unlocked and rooted it.  Usuaully, a Factory Reset fixes it for a few weeks before it starts again, so it is clearly a software issue rather than hardware. I was hoping that a ROM would fix it, but if it is just a modified version of the stock ROM, then the issue will probably still be buried in there somewhere.  Not something I expect the Dev to troubleshoot.  haha
