i understand. when I first loaded the leak onto my phone, im pretty sure a message was on the lock screen saying you could put different apps there. maybe I was mistaken

I haven't tried to restore but bootstrap 2.0 did make a 1.8gb nandroid on my phone.

Also, his theme installs just fine.

I think so as well but i skiped it all to get to homescreen... that will teach us but you can have your own sms app the icon wont change but its a start!

I am not sure what would make corporate email not sync, I have tried multiple times to flash and reflash ICS have performed factory reset, cleared cache, rooted not rooted etc. Most of the stuff on the phone workes fine except corporate (exchange) sync. Do you guys have any suggestions???

Im not a noob to rooting and flashing. I had a DroidX that was rooted. But there are alot of new methods and files with the newer phones. Ok so whats the CRC file for? Lol

Ok, so I have a problem.

I can not copy the "Blur_Version.6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip" to the root/cache folder.
-The "Blur_Version.6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US.crc" will copy though.

There is no informative error message so I tried a different program. "Root Explorer" Root Explorer told me that 3MB of 18MB is used in that folder.. I'm thinking this is the problem but what is the cause of this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
