i installed a deoxed version of the ics leak. i tried the battery mod and the notification bar and wallpaper disapeared and dont come back at all. doing a restore right now then i will redo the deoxed and wait patiently for a 1% mod that works awesomly.

Which battery mod did you try? Was it the one I linked to earlier in the thread? If so, that was a 10% mod, and was not intended for a deodexed framework. On the other hand, have you

the one in the earlier post. i will try that one. is it for the deoxed ics leak? too scared to do so if its not for the ics.

Ive added a 10% battery in my deodex thread. 1% from GB definitely will not work! All of the images and xml's are ready for 100 increments on systemui.... just need to modify services.jar in framework now so that it shows correctly.Oh btw... SPC... I also uploaded the apkmanager with the apktool I used for systemui.
