How do you use ashell and aSQLiteManager to do the trick.. I installed DT CMPLX and now SQLite wont load any databases... Kinda stuck at the moment.

Opened ashell and browsed to the settings table. I don't remember the path but you can Google it. From there you run an update query to change the value.

I get all the way up to the point where you open the settings.db and goto settings. There isnt no settings button.. There are a few files listed and you can look at the data of them but none of them goto string 150..

I had the same thing happen to me the first time I clicked. Turns out I clicked the wrong thing. Make sure you are selecting "com.motorola.android.providers.settings"

Exactly! I uninstaled, then reinstalled. Now it works perfectly. The DT CMPLX causes a lot of apps and such to act up or not start. Spend the time to un and re to fix things. CMPLX is totally worth the time spent tweaking.

Just used SQlite to enable wifi tethering. It allows you to use the stock Mobile hotspot functionality. Haven't tried if Wifi Tether works or not. Instructions are pretty simple, and can be found here:

I found this posted as a comment on a website somewhere:

"Go into aShell, check the “Root” box at the top, go to File Explorer, then go to data -> data -> com.motorola.android.providers.settings -> databases -> settings.db, open it with aSQLiteManager, click Settings -> Data, click “PgDn” until you get to 150, click “Edit”, change the value to 0, then press the back button soft key until you are prompted to save the changes back in aShell, save the changes, and reboot your phone. You of course still need to have your phone rooted for this method."

EDIT: Just tried this method myself and it works. Was using the WifiTether Beta app before this. I'm on the ICS Leak with DTs CMPLX Script installed.

after i open it with sq manager, it only goes to 108 not 150
