My phone actually froze after letting charge all night. So rebooted it and it got stuck on the moto logo. I had to press power and volume twice to get it to boot. What a scare

Question for you: Do you use Voodoo to protect your root? If so, before booting into recovery & attempting to restore your nandroid backup, open Voodoo and delete your backup of root. This has caused issues for me previously! Let me know if this works for you

What is the proper method for doing a restore? What should be wiped, etc. ? I really don't feel like redoing this ICS thing.

I can replicate my problems time and time again with this modifier. I've tested this modifier with both of my Razr Maxx phones and I get the same results: 1) Titanium Backup backup tasks do not finish; instead, they hang at all different places (5%, 8%, 12%, etc...); and 2) SQLite Editor also hangs. I've reflashed 6.12.173 and started all over, flash ICS, etc... everything always works fine until I flash this modifier. That's ok, no big deal, just wondering why. Thanks.

I am not sure if this is the script, but it took my phone 7 hours to charger to 100 percent today. Before it would charge in about 3. Anyone know how to uninstall

u either have to fastboot back and reinstall ics or hopefully u made a backup before running the script int that case just restore

I made a backup. That's what I'm asking, what is proper restore method. Do I do any wipes or anything?

All went well. I'm fully restored. To be honest, and in no way any offense to DT, on my phone its smoother and less problematic stock, debloated.

I love Smart Actions. I used Tasker since its release and had 20+ rules, but that app used too much battery. Sure, Tasker is more programmable and flexible than SA, but SA is cleaner and not a battery hog. One aspect I miss about Tasker though is its abilibty to turn on/off GPS only when I execute certain apps (Navigation, Poynt, etc). By the way, SA worked for me even with the DT modifier.

No. DT has been mourning for the past week and I believe he is back but needs to get caught up and such. This script works great if you know what you are doing. Make sure you have the correct busybox installed(1.20), update your binaries via superuser, and delete your su-backup. Those are the key ones. Also, if you have superuser problems, make sure you have a backup of su and run terminal emulator and run commands for restoring root. Just look in the How-to section I believe for the commands.
