Was just wondering if this can be installed through safestrap? No right?
I believe the answer is no. Safestrap requires the "stock" kernel to be used on all ROM slots. CM requires a custom kernel.

Got her flashed (verizon razr maxx hd). Everything works great minus two things.
-Camcorder appears to be broke
-Connecting to the PC via USB does not function
This makes me very happy to see CM coming to life on this phone.

Can't believe I didn't notice this is built by the Inflikted ROM man. That was such an amazing ROM. I was waiting on an update to that one.
After running this CM version and Epinters for a few days, I think this one is slightly better in smoothness and stability. Also i have no issues with MMS on this build.
I do think battery is slightly better on Epinter though. Not sure.
Great work.

It's not built by him. It's built by these guys -

Seriously.......Obviously its built by CM.
I meant built onto Moto phone.
I'll be more specific in the future.

It's built onto the moto phone by Epinter and them though.

Sounds like either you have a different app installed or you did something different when you flashed. or maybe a bad download.

My first post (2013apr27 - one week ago) in this forum after acquiring my XT926 lamented the demise of SafeStrap. I used it on my Bionic along with the excellent CM10.1 targa nightlies. I couldn't accept that TWRP would allow me the similar safety and utility as SafeStrap...so
First ROM Flash with TWRP:
Saturday night 11PM Watching Sopranos episode on DVR.
Everyone is asleep. It's quiet. No one from the office is going to call me etc.
After committing the concise advisory: Wipe system, Flash ROMs, Flash Gapps, Enjoy...
- Chilled a tall shot of my favorite tequila
- Backed-up my rooted, unlocked, 4.1.2 stock system with TWRP
- Wiped system, Flashed the latest build, latest Gapps
- Rebooted - so far so good. The Cyanogenmod animation looks so much better on this screen!
- Completed the Google setup and started installing apps including SMS and Call logs Backup Restore by Ritesh Sahu only to remember that I never configured them to autobackup (as on my Bionic) -- latest backups were from 4/26. Damn
- Reboot, wipe - wipe - Restore old system.
- Back up call/sms logs to SD1
- Repeated the entire process including chilling another shot of Chinaco.
- Installed apps - restored logs - configured everything.
- finished last few sips of tequila and played with my new 'toy' until 3am.
In the cold morning light with a cup of hot coffee - It is just like my Bionic except better - no dual boot but, as long as your're careful and keep a backup, not a deal-breaker.
Haven't tried to see what's broken - so far, the important things: BT, Phone, USB tether to laptop/Wifi hotspot work as expected.
(removed reference to items on buglist)
The additional steps caused by my failure to backup SMS/Calls were a good reality check. The entire process is very straightforward. There is that cryptic msg:e unknown filesystem 'datamedia' when searching for files to restore but - wait a little and it goes away.
Upate as of 5PM - I too am having BT issues - no sound though both phone and media are checked. Turning BT off, Stopping Apollo, restart BT, then Apollo restores output to headset.
Unrelated - , at one point there was a dialog box that system.ui had stopped. Still, I really like this ROM.
Thank you for the ROM

Flashed using TWRP, awesome ROM and the bluetooth is flukey at first, but I was able to clear bluetooth defaults on my radio and repair - worked fine that time... then I had the worst quality from it ever.. then I saw a recomendation, play your music then make a phone call while the music is playing.. when you hear the audio from the phone call, hang up, then play your music.. it should be back to normal quality then.. worked great for me. The video doesnt work, but aside from that its awesome. Cant wait for the kernal release.

Rant First let me say the following statement isn't specifically directed towards you, but seriously does the broken camcorder need to be mentioned? It has never worked and won't work until the new kernel is done. If people would read anything in this thread, the cm10.1 bug thread, any cm related rom thread, etc then you would know this. /Rant end

I even made a buglist that's pinned at the top of the ROM section.

Is this a different build from these?
This from the same source.

The source files are the same. Skrillex's builds "should" be basically the same. Occasionally Eptinter's got builds out that he's got some patches in that aren't pushed to repo yet. His builds are a little confusing because he has untested nightlies that're basically the same as everyone else's and he's also got his own private builds that're slightly modified with whatever patches he's trying to work through at the moment.

Was finally able to flash this today after a install-recovery.sh issue was resolved, thanks for the post!!! Although I do have one question. How do I get the pie controls operable? I have the option selected but nothing happens afterwards. Wasn't sure if this is a known issue or not.

You have to enable extended desktop by press and hold on main screen.

Thanks kof!!! Is there any way I can get a tablet UI look in the settings for this ROM or is that a completely different ROM?
