Hello,

After I updated to the newest FW my Razr won't connect as a USB. My comp say "USB device not recognized" but my phone says that it is charging. Also when plugged into my phone doesn't have any options on the pull-down menu where I can USB type.

So I think the problem is the phone itself. Prior to the update I was able to connect no problem. I have tried several different USB cords including the one that was supplied with the phone.

So, does anyone know a fix to this problem; or does anyone have any insight?
