Pretty much. Just don't forget to fastboot to 181 (or to 173 and ota to 181), re-root, update su binary, protect root, THEN the rest of what you said.

Well, I'm pretty sure I was the first on this since I found it two nights ago and updated early yesterday afternoon. And I have to say it's a super smooth update. Battery calibration and life are amazing and haven't dropped data once.

I went from 75 leak back to 181 to prep for the 79 leak and then this 203 showed up even before I downloaded 79 so I grabbed this and knowing that we can not sbf back to gingerbread.....how many have installed this?

With webtop no longer beta, this may well be the OTA!!! That was the only reason that I didn't install 84 the day it was leaked. But still going to wait since OTA should be here ina couple of weeks??!!??!!??
