Before anyone reads too much into my post, Sam and I are good friends and I was just having a little fun with him. Just because I haven't posted here much lately doesn't mean I'm not knowledgeable about android. It was meant in jest with good intentions. :rolleyes:

Noob here.......Why can't you write a script that will back up my stock rom, encrypted bootloader and recovery, then unlock the bootloader, root my phone, add init.d support to my existing stock rom, freeze all the bloat, flash a custom recovery image, tweak my system and then revert everything back to all official stock images when an OTA update comes out so I can accept the update? It doesn't seem that hard, are you just being lazy or what? I'd do some research myself and write the script but it seems like you could just add all this in a few minutes to the utility you already have. Thanks, I'll just wait till tomorrow for your update to rectify these trivial issues.

JAYROD!!!!! I'm working my way back in slowly thanks to Sam and his generous gift. Working on a 4.3 kernel that is making anything else I've done feel like child's play. I'm almost to the point where I think I've bitten off more than I can chew. Writing scripts, (Not complex automated, useful scripts like Sam but just init.d scripts) building roms ( I HATE SMALI ), or theming ( Altering framework and UI colors, unlike Jayrod that can change the look of anything and all things concerning android) is hard. But kernels can make a grow man cry.
