How do i do that and y is it a bad idea? I know theres an app on the market for beats but i read bad stuff about the app especially if i want to uninstall. so if the app can install it how can i do it manually?

Well you have safestrap, if you put bootstrap on you will brick and simply unistalling safestrap doesn't get rid of everything you need to get rid of to safely move to bootstrap, plus most ROMs are for safestrap.

Every single ROM you will find here at droidrzr.com is only supported by safestrap. You can use bootstrap all you want but no one is going to be able to give you much help when something messes up.
Also, I am not responsible for anything that happens to anyone's phone who uses bootstrap. Just want to put that out there.....

ok then how do i install it manually then without flashing? i dont want to install the beats app because it can't be uninstalled. at least installing manually i can back stuff up that i replace

The Beats app can be uninstalled. Just use a root file explorer and delete the apk. As for installing manually, you'll have to download the zip, extract it, take all the files and put them on your phone making sure that you put each file in its corresponding folder. Then set permissions on every file to rw-r--r--.
Then reboot.

Funny I couldnt open it yesterday but now it works
