You can do it with Nova Launcher. You can remove from notification bar when on all screens or when just the DEFAULT/HOME screen. I have mine set to display on all screens EXCEPT my home screen where I already have a clock widget displaying.

Where is that setting at? I've used Nova for a long time and I always think it's cool when somebody shows me something I haven't found yet.

Nova Settings | Look and Feel | Hide Clock

I paid for Nova PRIME -- this may not be in the free version.

I use Beautiful Widgets and their Weather / Clock widget.  Basically what came with the stock VZ ROM, but on steroids.

I don't suppose it's possible to remove the time from the Notification bar?

One thing I have always wanted to do (and cannot believe on such a customizable OS that this was not baked in by Google).

I know some folks have done it on other phones.

Is this at all possible?

Yeah, I can do that.

That just time and battery consuming, what if you're using an app and you need to quickly look at the clock then you have to press the home key just to look at the widget

Different strokes = different folks. I have wanted this feature since my very first Android phone. I generally have a pretty good idea of what time it is and if I really need to know down to the minutes while I'm playing Angry Birds (not) it's not that big a deal for me to hit HOME > RECENT > ANGRY BIRDS. And how it is Battery consuming to remove that?

You need to check out

. There are modules to do just about anything you would like including removing the clock. Works on any rom and phone

Thanks for that suggestion. I will look into it if our friend here cannot.

Must be a newer feature. I have paid Nova and it wasn't there before. However I use Atom Launcher now. I've tried them all... or at least 80% of the launchers out there, and in my somewhat experienced opinion, Atom is the fastest one out there.

Together with this ROM it is perfect. I don't want to go back.

I've been messing around with EXposed and you can do it there if you can get it to work.

Downloads fine for me.

Tried Dity Flash and got an error.  Anyone have a MD5 checksum on a known good download file?

Never mind.  Re-downloaded and flashed OK.

Did you mount System, Cache, Data, and SD Card as suggested in OP?
