Love the Rom so far! Is there anyway to flash the toggles to the notification bar like it is in Eclipse?

tried to flash this last night like 6 times and i just get a black screen after it gets past the safe strap then poof nothing
Also make sure you phone is not connected to your pc. This can cause it to happen as well.
