I need a ROM that can give me a extended and noticable better battery life on my RAZR.
List the rom you are running and how much battery life you are getting.

It's not about the ROM sometimes. Its how much you use your phone, and how your phone performs. I would try each one for a few days and judge them yourself. Find the one with the less bloat and better performance.

You can also use apps and widgets to help with battery life, too.

screen brightness always plays a role and sync. turning that down and off will help lots.

I hate it when people ask this cuz everybody uses their phone differently & there's too many variables involved, but I'll answer anyway lol. Eclipse. I used it on gingerbread & now on ICS. 18-20hrs moderate-heavy use. I ran stock rooted for a couple of days & Arctic a couple before eclipse came out. Was only getting 12-14 on those.

You're gonna hafta try em out to find what works best for your phone in your area with your use habits.

.211 with a custom Juice defender profile does it for me. 25% drop in 9 hours.

I feel like this is a legitimate question. Some ROMs are better than others in terms of battery management. Like people stated above, it has a lot do with your usage but it also has to do with how the ROM is built. I also am curious if anyone knows which ROMs are better than others.

I'm running arctic and getting ready to upload a kernel tweak, but since the past two days I got 37hrs on Arctic, which is about the same that I got when I had 209 and 211.

--- Just found it. Man. It's bedtime... But I'm pretty tempted to stay up and install it...

Man. Liquid is less than 100MB... That's crazy.

I'm gonna try it tomorrow. Although I am enjoying the lack of data drops on Simplex.

Tried LiquidSmooth didn't work for me. There was no liquid settings menu in the settings menu and under advanced in settings, although the header said liquid settings none of them worked.... Uninstalled

EDIT: Also my gallery didn't show all of my pics except for a few i had downloaded for wallpaper use previously.

The 211 update sure as hell isn't doing it for me. This is with very little use at all.

Um.... Looks like your screen was on for the first 2 hours of use roughly. That or your phone was awake for nearly 2 hours. Tap on the graph and get more details.

I'm on Eclipse ICS. Doing well for me. 4G on. Last 6 hours not getting any 4G, so its hunting. 2.25hours screen on time.
My results may not be that impressive... but they're good enough for me.
