If you're familiar with the HoB then the HoM will feel right at home and more powerful.  Follow the install instructions carefully to avoid common mistakes and you should be good to go.

Sensai,
I haven't played with my RAZR in a long time. Splitting time between a unlocked BL Note 2 and a BB Z30.
I'm selling the RAZR to a friend who has no interest in anything other than stock. I hate selling the unlocked phone, but I no longer use it.

It's all good.  The HoM will fix her right up.

I have a Razr HD XT926 was running kitkat 4.4.2. Was Rooted and unlocked..Was trying to install a custom recovery...Got stuck in a bootloop just seeing the red moto logo. Ive been trying to flash back but get a fail somewhere in the flash process. But now it stays in fastboot mode ...Flash failure.. What do I do?

"But get a fail somewhere in the flash process."

I suggest you turn that fail into a success.  Not really enough information on how to do that?  I would agree.

It means whatever FXZ you're flashing is wrong.

Um, wow.  I don't even know what to say to that.  Just randomly flashing things to your phone?  And you wonder how you got bricked?  If you were on 4.4.2, then it should be very clear that you need the 4.4.2 FXZ.

Depends on whether you installed the soak build or not.

In your current bricked state?  You don't.  What is the EXACT filename of the FXZ you downloaded and are trying to flash?
