I keep getting a 'No APN specified on device' pop up. When it initially was happening I did not have any data, but apparently mobile data was turned off for some reason. Turned it on, was able to acquire a VERY weak 4g signal which i lose if I turn my WiFi on..connected back to 4g by disabling my WiFi and now the "No APN specified on device" keeps popping up.I really like it so far. I switch back over to a different rom slot seeing as I just wanted to see how stable this was...which so far seems awesome. I'll post anything else that comes up.

4g data will always shut off when on WiFi in order to save on data usage.

No APN has been an issue for some time - MMS will not work properly with stock text app. Use the textra app as an alternative.

Yes this method works. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS TO THE T. If you get lost or need help, let me know. I was on the same crappy LG38C and was tired of "Low memory issues. I'm on a DROID RAZR xt912 that was dropped in a toilet. Mt bosses wife dropped it and I got it and took the back off of the phone. Cleaned oxidation off of battery connection with an old brush and the VOL buttons because I couldn't scroll through the menu. So I brought the phone back from the grave, flashed to PagePlus, and now I'm running Android 4.4 KitKat.

Great ROM, any fix on the screen shutting down and only thing that can fix it is a hard reset? Happens to me at least once daily, usually in the afternoon around 4.

ok, I'm using this on my xt912 and it works really smooth except for one thing... I got notified that I had an update but the update had a lower number than the one I was one. I installed it and now I get constant com.android.phone has stopped. Is there a fix for this since I can't turn off the notification for the update and the update breaks the phone?

You'll probably have to wipe the slot Aviator Gummy is on and reinstall it. Just disregard the update notification. It only appears when you do a reboot. When an update is fixing to come out, more than likely ZKK007 usually posts about an update here.

Alright, I'm not sure what's going on here. I'm getting a USB/ SD card error thing when installing apps from the Market. I've searched around and I'm not getting a good picture of what I'm supposed to do. What is the latest solution for this little hiccup?

Update: Well, I don't know if it was THE solution, but I set Titanium Backup to deliberately reinstall everything onto the internal partition. Hope that works.

Having a backup from the internal, plus having Titanium push it to the internal upon restoration did work. However, any updates from the Market will not work, because they look to put it on the SD card. Something about the way the SD card allocation is handled creates a problem.

Are you having the write to sd card problem....I cant really tell from your description. If so, there is a fix. You need to edit a file but atm I forget which one. Having said that, I posted the fix somewhere in our forums....

Found my post:

You need to edit the /etc/permissions/platform.xml file and add to the section WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE the line:

<group gid="media_rw" />

Save and reboot.

You can also try the new app in the play store: NextApp SDFix

Okaaaayy.... I'll try and decode the action at my leisure. Seems to be the answer...I guess. Can't make a back up in SafeStrap, either.

Update: it's already there.
