same issue here..I was worried my data wiped out but after an unplug from power and a hard reboot..it was fine. I had to reset my launcher(Apex) but the data was all there..I think I feel safer back on 2.0 for now.

Same. Unfortunately, once I had things booted back up, my home button was no longer working. A full 211 restore via Matt's 1.8 Utility got me back to "good" regarding the home button issue, and I have since moved to 215 and am holding tight until things progress a little further.

How come with this new safestrap 2.01 if you reboot your phone while plugged in it damages the OS?

Nevermind...its already been noted...i have an autoreboot that reboots at 3am i woke up to no notifaction bar and the stock wallpaper this morning...

Is there any reason to be on 2.01 right now anyway? I think I'm gonna wait till 2.1 and also until theres a reason to have it.

Yeah, it's that simple.

No issues yet on my end. Think hash and D are pretty close. Hash fixed the black screen issue and now both are working on the data issue for jb.

Then he releases a new base.

I would wait myself.

Weird issue I have with 2.01

I can't turn on the phone if it is plugged in. Let's say the phone is off: I can plug it in and the battery charging icon will show. Then when I hold down the power button to reboot, I don't get a safrstrap flash screen and I get the stock moto boot animation. The phone however will not boot (prob BC it is still using safe system data while trying to boot non-safe side). If I unplug the charger and do a hard reboot, it works fine

Yep same here looks like it's confirmed v2.01 is the culprit.....
