You have to wait for aosp source to be updated... It will (probably) be updated with 4.2 when it comes out.
It's not aokp or cm10 with nights and monthlies etc. this gets updated after Google has a big announcement and releases it.

I am running stock and every time I try to open it tells me that I need to turn on location services

I am new here but this is not my first time rooting but I am still new at this, I used Safestrap to flash my current ROM and I can't stand it, I am looking for pure google, well this right here. So 3 things:

Can I use Safestrap to flash this ROM?Never mind I answered this by re-reading the first postI read somewhere there was a battery drain issue (13% an hour or so) is this still the case on the XT912?Again answered my own q.- Finally have the data issues been worked out?
