Seems to be smooth. I have an issue updating chrome though. Getting an insufficient memory error. Any ideas?

Delete it and reinstall. Should take care of your issue.

When I flash this rom my phone reboots three to four times and then it stays on the screen saying optimizing upgrades or (something similar) for 20 plus minutes.
How do I fix this.

Did you wipe data, system, cache and dalvik before installing the ROM?

Try running the non overclocked version if you are not

Bionic has been collecting dust for a couple months (SGS3 as my daily, considered full-price swap to g-note2 but I think i'll hold off for a bit) ... anways, Girlfriend finally destroyed her OG Droid and is moving on to my old Bionic.

Your roms look pretty promising, and she's been pretty jealous ... I think she's finally had enough of my constant flashing/bragging. I'm going to give this one a go, so thanks for the hard work.

Can motoblur apps be loaded ontop of this? Specifically the circle widget - she liked the looks of it. I would try your synergy X rom but saw some issues and figured I'd wait for a new release.... I've never been a patient man.

you won't be able to use the circle widgets as they are dependent on both the blur framework and the blur launcher. However, there are some alternatives available in the play store

downloading v3 now looking forward to giving it a spin. I switch between this and one other ROM, the only thing I couldn't figure out was how to get the phone to answer by itself when Blue-Tooth was switched on even if it wasn't connected to anything at the time

I've used all of your roms and they are awesome , but brightness and overall screen quality seems better than other roms. What is your secret?)

Root, I'm getting an error when I try to set a system icon for my slider shortcuts. Any idea on how to get that to work?

Thanks for the quick reply - I did find a solid replacement.

Good work Root! I've been running OC'd CN3 for about 12 hours now with no real issues (although the camera issue is a bummer - but your disclaimer was straightforward and I like that).

Could anyone suggest some of the tweaks (speeds, volts, i/o, etc) that they've had success with to this point? I realize that's one of those "your mileage..." topics - but I never really did much tweaking on my Moto devices.

It's too bad Verizon completely owned the Bionic - this rom further proves what a beast this phone is, especially considering when it was released!
