He's referring to the code that will facilitate the upgrade to JB. Code which was shown to be in 246, as well as 247. They're under the mistaken assumption that 247 will help them get to JB in any way. 247 is a dead build and will not be used for any update going forward. Installing it would be a large mistake. Such is life.

No problem. When the JB leaks do come out near the end of the month or early January, you will NEED to be on 246 to install them. 247 at this point is off the OTA path and isn't supported.
